Returns Eligibility

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Used soaps, detergent, and opened hygiene products

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Refund Process

• Once returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is incorrect or damaged
